Messianic/ Hebrew Roots Movement

The following links will be to Bible teachers who are considered a part of the Messianic/Hebrew roots movement.  While I don't agree with quite a few doctrines in this movement, I know most of these guys personally and can attest that they sincerely love YHWH and are seeking to walk in His Word.  At the same time, there is quite a few doctrines in this movement which are very dangerous so discernment must be used.

Messianic/Hebrew Roots Movement WARNING!!!
The Messianic/Hebraic roots movement today is teaching much of the same information that the adversary is using to bring about the mark of the beast.  The teachings are widely varied but a lot of the themes being proposed are leading believers into the deceptions of the adversary mentioned throughout this Mark of the Beast series of studies.  It is not the purpose of this study to ‘name names.’  Those who are familiar with the teachings of the leaders of this movement will know who are being addressed.
Mark of the Beast 10 - Holy Grail
Mark of the Beast 11 - Zionism

Most Messianic teachers/leaders are proponents of Zionism which is discussed throughout the studies on the mark and in detail in part 11.  This is one of the greatest tools of the adversary to bring about his counterfeit kingdom of heaven.  The Messianic movement, due to its Zionist leanings, also promotes that Islam is the beast mentioned in the Scriptures and speaks of the Messiah coming to save ‘Israel’ and destroy Islam.  This is exactly what the Illuminati has planned for over a century.  WWIII was planned over 100 years ago with Islam going to war against ‘Judeo-Christianity’ to bring about the antichrist.  The antichrist will pose as Messiah Yahshua but in reality is the man of sin.

Some teachers attack the infallibility of the Word, just as the Holy Grail movement does.  The New Testament may have been penned by Hebrew speaking writers but YHWH in His sovereignty chose to pass down His New Testament in Greek.  Are we to believe that He would allow believers for over 2,000 years to have a corrupted, unreliable text?  Are we to believe that He would hide the real scrolls only to reveal them at the end of days?   For more on this see: Is the New Testament Scripture?

Some exalt the bloodlines, even holding to the stone of destiny teaching mentioned in the Holy Grail study.  Others teach that only those with Israelite descent will be saved.  However, Scripture is clear that we enter the covenant, and are hence Israel, through faith in Messiah.  Genealogy and bloodlines are irrelevant.

Worst of all, some deny the divinity of Messiah Yahshua or end up denying Him altogether.  This usually starts with a seed of doubt placed by the adversary that the New Testament text is not reliable.  Catholicism is then attacked and the pagan connections are revealed which cast further doubt upon a Christian’s faith.  Zionist teachings are then added which exalt fleshly Israel and defines unbelieving Jews as the ‘chosen people.’  Little by little the believer turns away from Messiah because that original seed of doubt was placed in the form of an attack on the New Testament.  This is the same method used by the adversary in the Garden.  ‘Yea, hath God said…?’

With that being said, there are still a lot of good, sound, Biblical teachings that come from those in this  movement.  As with all movements of man, discernment is critical.  It all comes down to knowing Messiah and His Word.  Anything that pulls you away from this is not of the Father.

2Jo 1:9  Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

The ROOT we are to be seeking is Messiah.

Col 2:6  Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in Him,
Col 2:7  being rooted and being built up in Him, and being confirmed in the faith, even as you were taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.
Col 2:8  Watch that there not be one robbing you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the elements of the world, and not according to Christ.

Eph 3:17  That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
Eph 3:18  May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
Eph 3:19  And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Yahshua/Jesus is Israel...He is the Olive Tree.
